What gets released
Every published report ships with the aggregate table behind its figures, in CSV, under a permissive attribution licence. Charts ship as embeddable SVG.
What never gets released
Record-level data. Not to researchers, not under NDA, not in de-identified form. The re-identification risk in eviction records is real and the benefit does not justify it.
Attribution
Cite as Eviction Labs, EvictIQ, with the publication date and the measure name. Please include the sample caveat — that these are one provider's operational records rather than population data.

Eviction Labs is the research programme of EvictIQ. Findings describe our own completed case records and are not a representative sample of all Georgia evictions. Not legal advice. Services described here are contracted with EvictIQ and delivered by EvictIQ's vetted operator network. EvictIQ is the party you contract with and is accountable for the work.
